LARRY THE MUSICAL: AN AMERICAN JOURNEYLarry The Musical is based on the first book about Larry Itliong, “Journey for Justice: The Life of Larry Itliong,” by Dr. Dawn Mabalon and Gayle Romasanta. The musical covers Itliong’s life, from birth to his posthumous recognition “Larry Itliong Day” by the State of California in 2015. Premiered in San Francisco, Brava Theatre, March 16 - April 14, 2024.
STAR FINCHStar Finch is a 2nd generation San Franciscan trying her best to hold ground amidst the erasure of gentrification. She is currently the Mellon Foundation Playwright in Residence at Campo Santo and Crowded Fire Theater. She’s also an alumni of the Resident Playwrights Initiative (2018-2022) at Playwrights Foundation.
Oakland Public Conservatory of Music
The Oakland Public Conservatory of Music is a project of Music Is eXtraordinary, Inc, (MIX), a California 501c3 which provides music education for people in urban areas. Music Is eXtraordinary(MIX) was founded in 2001 by Musician/Educator, Angela M. Wellman. Ms. Wellman consulted with schools to develop music programs that reflected each school's culture. In 2004 MIX became a 501c3 non-profit and opened its first music center, the Oakland Public Conservatory of Music (OPC) in 2005. OPC is part of a broader agenda to build a national network of Public Conservatories with a unified teaching philosophy and teaching practices that engender equity, belonging, and empathy through music.

Over the last 50 years, they have helped more than 4,800 residential clients overcome substance abuse, empowered hundreds of youth, and provided community events for countless individuals and families. Based in Ohlone Territory (San Francisco, CA), they serve American Indians throughout the United States.
APICC
APICC was founded in 1996 by representatives of five nonprofit arts groups: Asian American Dance Performances, First Voice, Asian Improv aRts, the Asian American Theater Company, and Kearny Street Workshop. Since 1998, the center has promoted the artistic and organizational growth of San Francisco’s API arts community by organizing and presenting the annual United States of Asian America Festival as well as commissioning contemporary art for and by the Asian American and Pacific Islander community.

160-year-old historic and award-winning 7 Mile House, a family and dog-friendly restaurant, sports bar, and live music venue serving homestyle American and Filipino food. Owned by Vanessa Garcia, it is the Bay Area's last original mile house.
