Hiring Position: PR Manager (1 year contract position, with opportunity to grow)
Hours: Full Time - 40 hours/week
Start Date: May 17, 2021
Who we’re looking for:
Our team is looking for someone with a background and passion for public relations. You should be familiar with copywriting press releases, creating press kits, pitching story angles, developing relationships with media and industry professionals, leading client meetings, and managing a team.
At PapaLoDown Agency, PR is activism. We want someone whose values are rooted in ethnic studies, social justice work, and solidarity with BIPOC communities.
This position is remote! But preference will be given for folks who live in the San Francisco/Bay Area, or Los Angeles area.
