Oakland producer Nick James has remixed Nas songs from Illmatic, I Am, The Lost Tapes, God’s Son, Streets Disciple, and more. Songs like “Ether,” “The World is Yours,” “Purple,” “Black Zombie,” “N.Y. State of Mind Pt. 2,” “Get Down,” “You Know My Style,” and many more were all given a new feel and new life. What initially started as a free viral mixtape of old Nas remixes, James ended up making 14 new remixes. In the same vien of his past remix projects, Nick James continues to provide hard beats partnered with melodic soundscapes that speak to diverse audiences in Hip-Hop and across genres of music.
