Through the chaos, the DP team would like to give you an update on what we have planned for 2009…
Going forward DP will be a MONTHLY party, on the FOURTH THURSDAY’S, bringing you a wide assortment of soul parties with special tributes, artist battles (ie. Erykah vs Jill), and featuring DP homies.
Devil’s Pie is “…soul by the slice…”, conceptualized in 2007 by one of the Bay’s most loved and respected DJ’s – DJ PHATRICK.
To kick off 2009 we wanted to pay a special tribute to one of the Bay’s iLLest artists – RAPHAEL SAADIQ (Oakland, CA)! You are trippin if you miss this, cause Mr. Saadiq has one of the freshest catalogue’s in the history of soul music, i’m juss sayin…
